The member acknowleges that use of scripts is made at their own risk and subject to the disclaimer below. The only modifications that should be made to the script are for the agency id number.

Members obligations
The member is responsible for the accuracy of all the data they supply and for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. The Member will not enter any data which contains the following: obscene, indecent or unlawful content; content which infringes the copyright, trademark moral rights or any intellectual rights of any third party; defamatory material, a virus of any nature; any information that may harm the reputation of Careers4a.net.

Suspension and termination of members account
Any member who is found to have breached any term of this agreement may have their membership suspended or terminated and any data removed (without prejudice to its other rights and remedies).

Members indemnity
THE MEMBER WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CAREERS4A.NET HARMLESS FOR (A) ANY LOSSES, COSTS, LIABILITIES AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) AGAINST CAREERS4A.NET ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OF THIS SITE, SERVICES OFFERED IN THIS SITE, THIRD PARTY SITE, OR RELATED GOODS OR SERVICES; (B) ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS; (C) ANY UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, OR REPRODUCTION OF ANY CONTENT OR DATA FROM THE SITE OR ANY THIRD PARTY SITE OR ANY OTHER ONLINE SERVICE.

Other companies that place advertising on Careers4a.net may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising or contents. Careers4a.net does not control this collection of information and you should contact these advertisers or content providers directly if you have any questions about their use of this information.
